All castings shall be smooth and free from sand holes, blow holes, distortion or any other defects.
With annual production capacity of 35,000 tons, our major equipments include 2 sets of automatic moulding lines, 4 sets of 5-ton cupola, 2 sets of load test machines, 1 epoxy coating machine, 3 sets of core-shooting machines, 3 sets of shot blasting machines, 2 sets of water pressure machines, 2 machining workshops and all necessary chemical and physical test facilities.
GUARANTEE: SYI Foundry will replace any Heavy Duty covers/Gratings, that has been properly installed and broken in normal use, free of charge after receipt of the broken casting.
